Question Engine needs service after testing AC pressure sensors

So I had some issues with AC (meaning its not working at all when I switch it on). After reading this forum and watching youtube got my reader and scanned for some error codes and I saw that I have 500F code meaning smth is off with the AC pressure sensor. So I took the high and low pressure sensors off and checked with voltameter, 1 was showing 12v (with 2 pins) another 5v (with 3 pins). I thought I will try to bypass the actual switches to see if the compressor starts to turn (as I cant really see just from opening the hood). So I shorted them both to see if the ac will start blowing cold air but it wasnt. I think the fan was working but thats all. Not long ago I filled the whole system with new AC fluid so dont think its empty.

But after doing these tests now I got a warning which appears after driving like 500m saying engine system needs service.

How come just by removing and testing these 2 sensors I get the engine warning message? Could I **** up smth bad with this? Does anyone know what could be an issue for this?
