Default D5244T18 ECM repair/replace

Hi My 2013 XC90 D5 has died while driving. Won't restart.
I had it recovered home and plugged in VIDA which had a lot of faults from battery getting drained from trying to restart. So charged battery and cleared all faults.
ECM-P003100 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low comes up immediately (don't think this would prevent starting?)
After cranking I get additional codes:-
ECM-P200A84 Intake Manifold Runner Performance...
ECM-P200835 Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit / Open..
ECM-P063800 Trottle Actuator Control Range/Performance
ECM-P040900 EGR Sensor
and further cranking
ECM-P020100/200/300/400/500 (all injectors open circuit faults)

I suspected in tank fuel pump - but it is not at fault - test with gauge and getting 7Bar at HP inlet.
I also notice the Swirl flap motor link was off and the motor not moving - tried spare - also not moving when switch on ignition.
I have got her to fire with Easy Start but does not run with out.
I have metered out the cables to ECM and all are good.
12V and GND to ECM all good
Vida shows following readings when cranking
ECM Fuel Pressure : 7690 kPa
ECM Fuel Pressure, nom value : 357670 hPa
ECM current through fuel pressure reg : 9ma - This is very low
ECM Metering unit MPROP output duty cycle : 95%

I bought a S/H rail to try plug in a reg valve to see if I can get more than 9mA - but not change

It looks like I am getting the correct high pressure to the rail but seems the injectors are not firing........
Why are all these other sensors throwing faults??
I am suspecting my ECM is at fault - any thoughts?
HELP

Update.
After checking all fuses and wiring to all sensors from ECM I concluded it must be issue with ECM itself. Send of to be cloned into second hand ECM. When replacement fitted, tbe car fired up on first turn of the key.
Thanks to Cartech Electronics for fantastic service and getting me back on the road
