Default ignition set B2xE/B2xxE from 240 model

I'm considering deleting the points and continue with this electrical ignition. Should work on a B21A or any carb engine right?

My 245GLE has the original ignition set from it's destroyed B21E fitted to it's "new" B230E running LPG with wider exhaust from Dai. It runs beautiful for at least 10 years now.

which electronic Ignition?

Volvo Bosch contact points are first class and always outlast their service interval , I would stick with them, They worked fine when I was doing volvo LPG conversions in the 1980's most cheap electronic ignition kits will let you down at some point when you are far from home in the rain when you have forgotten them !

Default Kjet ignition

Clan, the electronic volvo original ignition which was used on all GLE models with KJet engines is what I’m after. The mentioned 245 GLE is running trouble free for 12-15 yrs with lpg despite people claiming risc of backfiring especially on these engines

Dai, trust you still have my contact details though the purchase of 3 stainless steel exhaust systems has been a while. Let me have pricing for the kit supplied into Hull.
