Finally I attempted it today but after removing the air filter box, I couldnt spot the transmission oil fill plug/nut and had to close down everything back.

would be really helpful if you can spot the nut in the above photo to open up and fill in the xmission fluid.

Mine is a volvo xc60 2014 D4 AWD manual transmission. MMT6 gearbox.

Unfortunately you will not find the Manual gearbox filler / drain plugs under the Air box... they are positioned around the nearside inner driveshaft / gearbox housing and you'll have to remove the wheel & tyre to gain clear access. Remember to alway remove the filler plug (top one) first just incase you're unable to open the lower drain plug. ATB
