Volvo xc40 2021 click no engine start

Hi Guys,

New to the forum. Recently sustained a side impact to the left side fender of my volvo xc40, no damage to the fuse box, airbags, or batteries (mild and 12 v). I have checked all the fuses but cannot locate the issue with the car not starting, ignition comes on but when pressing the brake pedal and push start... all i hear is clicks from the starter motor. I have recently replaced the starter with a new one but the clicking noise remain and car still doesn't start. I have an autel diagnostic but this is not reading the car, i have been told that only VIDA works but i am not able to get a log in. Is there anyone here that has access to Vida and is local in London ? urgently need help to find out the cause of the car not starting. Thanks.
