Rough idle on start up

I noticed about 4 months ago that the car idled erratically for the first 5 secs or so on start up. It seems to be getting more obvious. I think the cold makes it worst.

As soon as 10 secs pass it's running fine.

Any ideas what it could be?

Glow plugs?

Mine does this, and it is usually glow plugs related, i dont have any codes tho.

Glow plug, seconded....

I spent most of last year trying to rectify this same issue, turned out mine was glow plug related, it was a dodgy glow plug connector

Is there a way to test and know for sure that glowplugs maybe the issue?
