Sorry to hear that - hope everyone is okay?

My opinion would be it doesn't look good for your XC60. Insurers tend to consider writing a car off when the estimated repair costs approach 60% of its value.

I can see from the wheels you have SE LUX so you will have ABL headlights - they're circa £1,000 each... The wheel is noticeably back so it's likely to need a subframe on top of the bottom arm and I expect they will replace the hub as well. You need a bonnet, bumper, wing, wheel, tyre, trim and at least 3 panels painting. I would say it depends on the mileage and condition as to whether it rides again, and of course the damage we can't see.

If it does get written off, be careful on what they offer as late model Mk 1 XC60 prices have actually risen in recent months (as have most <6 year old car prices).

But to answer your question - yes it is repairable and subject to checking underneath - might be all "bolt-on" bits.

Hi thanks for info it has fvsh and just done 36000 miles it was in great condition reg November 2015
The lady who hit it the ambulance crew didn’t think she would be hurt to much but I bet they will both be sore as both airbags deployed in there car and they were 88 & 89 year old
