Default Brake fluid replace

Guys,

Need to do this soon, the water content in my brake fluid is quite high!

Anything I should know before giving it a go? I assumed I needed to start with the brake furthest away from the ABS but VolvoSweeden seems to start on the brake nearest.

I would assume, any bleeder until you see fresh fluid?

Every car I had I ended up purchasing/acquiring a reservoir cap, drilled it and popped a schrader valve on it. Easi-bleed it! Just make sure you've got a means of providing ~10psi.

I've got a Sealey VS820 for bleeding so I'm good to go, just wondering if the V70 had anything odd I needed to know before doing anything.

If you do it regularly (2yrs) then the moisture content won’t creep up and the odd bit of old fluid trapped anywhere won’t matter. When I do any of my cars, I start with the corner furthest away, then the other rear, then the fronts. It doesn’t matter really as long as you do them all but doing the furthest replaces the most fluid in the first hit.

Same here, it's why I was surprised to see volvosweden do the opposite. Turns out he was correct. Naughty me for doubting him
