Post XC90 2020 hybrid - Which Service? Help!

Evening all. We own a 2020 plug in hybrid XC90. It has very low mileage (25k).

It is due a service and the booking system at the dealership is suggesting it should have the 72k/4year service (expensive!). However, last year I booked for the 3 year service and they returned a much larger bill than quoted which they agreed to reduce.

I believe they accidentally did the 4 year one at the last service (as my car had 3 previous services, but one was only because I got the selling dealer to do a minor service when I purchased).

My question - how do I know whether they have done the large service already? The invoice shows:

Original service
Spark plug replace
Air cleaner passenger compartment replace
Wear and tear inspection
Powertrain inspection
Cleaning for collision warning
ENV - environmental charge
Oil change
Oil filter insert
Gasket
Spark plug kit
Multi filter
Air filter insert
Consumables
Washer fluid

Does anyone know if this was the 3 Yr / 54k service or 4 Yr / 72k service?

Thanks to anyone who can help!

For a petrol SPA engine (if you are doing the miles) it goes

Minor
Major
Minor
Major
Minor
Major
Minor
Major and Cambelt

If not doing the miles the cambelt is pushed out to service 10 from service 8.

Minor should be about 300 quid. Major about 550 quid. Major and cambelt about 1100. The big difference is the spark plug replacement. So a year 3 service should have been Minor. A year 4 is Major. It looks like you had a Major at year 3.

A Minor should now suffice. In fact considering your mileage and the fact that the warranty is now expired I would be tempted to create your own routine, maybe of Minor, Minor, Major. Then repeat.
