Default Coolant leak

I have located a coolant leak at rear of my xc90 d5 engine but it appears to be coming from a u shaped steel pipe which when checked shows as part of the breather system part no 30757132 does anyone have access to Vida to show what the hose that goes through the middle of it connects on to as I think that might be what’s leaking
Any help welcome as go on holiday in a couple of weeks and need this fixed as towing

just for info apparently it is a combined coolant/breather hose set up ( Volvo do some strange things ) ordered it from dealership in Perth. The parts guy was really helpful then spoke to one of the mechanics who checked a 2011 xc90 they had in for a service to confirm it is a combined pipe set up. no sure how it works but nothing surprises me with Volvo.
car going in on Wednesday to get the pipe set up replaced and swirl flaps done as coming up with an amber triangle warning when code read is swirl flap issue

the pipe causing issue is at the rear of the engine high up on passenger side.
