Default B4184S11 Volvo S40/V50 1.8 Hesitation

Hi all
I've seen previous posts about this topic, but I can't see a working solution.
My 1.8 Volvo hesitates during acceleration from about 2500 RPM till about 2900 RPM.
The MAP sensor is new, the throttle body is new, not fault codes given.
It happens only when the car is warm and am driving slightly uphill on a higher gear.
I've cleaned various electrical contacts, such as ignition coils, injectors, throttle body, cam position sensors lamba sensor and so one.
Still no change.
The swirl vacuum hoses seem in good conditions, if I unplug them after about 30 minutes since I've turned the engine off, you can hear sucking, meaning they are holding the vacuum.

Does any one have managed to solve this problem?

Thanks

A long time ago there was a modification to the throttle housing connector. if you can wiggle it and it moves it could well be that you will need new connector terminals and do the mod which is a couple of layers of insulation tape around the body of the connector block so that when you plug it in it is solid with no movement when you wiggle it.
