02 V70 D5 Replace rear Left ABS Sensor
I currently have an amber ABS fault displayed and have narrowed the issue down to a faulty rear left ABS sensor via code reader.
I have removed and cleaned the sensor and the fault still persists so I have obtained a new sensor ready to install. I can find lots of information on passing the old connector over the fuel tank and through the tank access panel, but where is the connector and what needs removing internally to do the job! Grateful for any tips on where to start to get to the tank access panels and ABS sensor connection location please.

access panels are under the carpet under the rear seats.tie a piece of string to the old one when pulling it out refit the new one by pulling it back in the same way with the string a piece of wire will do the same job

Thanks Simmy, that saved me hours of messing, I was all set to go in from the tailgate end, removing seats and trim! That really was too easy, just had to raise the floor skin a touch with a pry bar to ease the connector through and I’m pleased to say the ABS fault and message cleared OK and has not returned so far. 👍
