Default Rear Compartment Fusebox - no power

My tailgate, rear parking sensors and electric parking brake have all failed, simultaneously.

Suspecting a year-old tow-bar (electrics also not working) might be to blame I returned to the fitters.

None of the fuses related to the tow-bar are blown - but there is no live feed to the rear compartment fusebox.

Any idea where there's a fuse covering the rear fusebox?

Or what else I can check to try and revive my rear electrics?

According to the Volvo on line owners manual, there seems to be a fuse for the rear fuse box in the engine compartment fuse box. Fuse 3, a "MIDI" type, 60A. Only to be changed by an approved repairer for some reason !

Bolted in place, easy to check with a multimeter if it has blown.

There seem to be a few high-resistance fuses that are not intended for owners to mess with!

Thanks for the heads-up - I'll see if I can find that one...

I've basically paid the dealer £200 to tell me that it's fitted with a non-OEM tow-bar. Which I already know. Other than that, they wanted to take the whole thing off and then start investigation. At £200 an hour, that's an absolute non-starter...

If your car has "start/ stop", there is also a fuse for the rear fusebox in the" cold zone" fusebox in the engine compartment. Fuse #5, = a 60A MIDI fuse.
