XC40 T5 Service Cost

Hi,

I have a 2020 T5 that has coverered around 21000 miles. Last years service by Volvo was about £400.

I just went online to look at the cost for this year and its says Maintenance Service - £916.85.

This seems a little expensive !!!!!!!

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Steve. can't answer your question directly but at one time Volvo had a service cost calculator available on their site. It gave you costs based on model, milage and general geographical location. I've searched for it several times recently without success. If anyone has a current link to it I for one would be grateful.

I got this quote via the online site - https://www.volvocars.com/uk/l/service/volvo-service/

I can see its £100 cheaper in Scotland - my nearest dealer in North West London

Is there any independent Volvo specialists you could bring it to? That's a ridiculous price!

As your mileage is low and I assume you had the 2nd year bigger service at some point then ask them for the Volvo Essential service... and a pollen filter will go 2 years. It was introduced for people like you who do low mileage. Not a very good service advisor by the sound of it ...

Same as me. Endeavour seems to have a monopoly around London north of the Thames
