Radiator bottom support replacement
Hi everyone
Looks like the bottom radiator support on our C30 needs replacing - has anyone done this? Wondering how much of the front end needs to be taken apart?

It can be done from underneath with removal of very little. Part for our 1.6D cost £45 from Volvo and the labour to replace cost me £65 at the local garage.

Did the job today. Cost me £64 from Volvo but still cheaper than the jokers are selling 2nd hand ones on eBay for.
Bumper off then it was very straightforward. Used cable ties to support the radiator during replacement. Replaced the torque mount and fitted a repair bracket to the exhaust while I had it up so the C30s had quite a bit of love today!
