I mean the projector assembly from the photo, can it be taken out from the rear hole of the headlamp or only by removing the plexi lens cover?

Yeah, my reply was really for david.matthewson. Sorry.

It seems like this thread is now addressing two topics
- how to change lights from LHD to RHD
- how to access/remove headlamp unit's inner gubbins (for some other purpose)

Only by removing the plastic lens in front of the headlight…

Thanks for the answer, would have like to take out the projector to clean it, looks like it has a thin layer of dust gathered up over the years.
