Default My Volvos are like rabbits - they seem to breed!

I have 1 x 245GLT, 1 x Italian 244GLE, 1 x Volvo 244GLE now turbo + 1 x 245 trailer, Matt has a 244GLT + a 74 144, Vicky has her 2.0 340. In the drive garden + buildings there are the following Volvos - 340, 145, P1800, 244. 164 x 2, PV 1956, Amazon 131, Amazon estate, Amazon GT, another Amazon estate (scrap), 3 x 245 (scrap) 2 x 244 (scrap) 144 (scrap) 2 x 66s. I think that's all the Volvos at home - there is also a Bedford TK, a saab 96, an 1100, an Austin 10 and a Transit. In addtion we have about 20 other Volvos scattered across Anglesey, mostly in one barn, including Amazons through to a 760. Some are going to have to go!

Griz, do you have a 242? is it Mike Hardy's old one?? I think i saw it on ebay at one stage, did dave slater have it for a while as well? been away from computer for a while so i could very well be wrong!!

Whats the plan for the 242? Im currently building mine, had a 2.3A with twin dellortos but iv that taken out again its in one of my 245's but im thinking of putting a turbo PRV engine in, either that or in my "new" 262C,

Anyway back on topic, right now at home ive got
82 242, 78 262C Manual, 78 245GLE, 75 164E, 89 245 GL - hillclimb prepared, and a 00 V70 classic - the mothers!, Non volvo theres a 01 landcruiser commercial and a 00 passenger.. yes i know jap crap but they do the job!! an 86 123 series Mercedes 230CE and also my daily driver.. wait for it.. i should be ashamed.... a 94 BMW 525TDS...

Two in the family but they don't appear together too often. Both pictured here near Pwllheli last week. I had noticed that my S40 is slightly longer but a lot narrower than little brother's S60.....

My 'everyday' car is a 1995 850 T5 auto estate. A wonderfull 'drivers' car. My 'something for the weekend' is a 1953 PV444. I wonder if the 850 will still be around when it is 53 years old.

One thing is certain, I will still be able to fix the PV many years from now, but I am not sure about the 850.
