Let us know, I will be keen to know.
It also says breakdown and recovery is included and that is not charged for and I was not charged for VOC at last service. If anyone has been charged they have been ripped off by their dealer. I will of course let you know the outcome.

Update:
Had my XC90 serviced today, when I asked if my VOC subscription would be renewed I was told they could renew it for a discounted price of £18, I politely asked if it could be renewed FOC as last year and the previous year under the service promise, a service receptionist sitting next to my receptionist asked if I was using a service plan, when she was told no I was paying for an intermediate service she said I could have my VOC renewed FOC.

On picking up my car I was informed my subscription had been renewed as promised FOC, I thanked him and then asked if I could have a Vodafone 100gb data sim as well, and I was given one, again FOC. Happy days. Well apart from parting with £330 for the service.

My understanding is that Volvo On Call is renewed for a year free of charge under the Volvo Service Promise unless the service comes under a service plan taken out when the car was bought new.

Hence why my Volvo On Call had to be renewed for a year by me a few weeks ago at four years and a bit old (not sure why it did not expire at three years old but I am not complaining about that) for £34.90 (which I was able to do painlessly using the app on my iPhone) as the five year service plan I took out when I bought my car new still has one more service to come next year.

This is different to Volvo Assistance which was renewed free of charge both last year at three years old and this year under the Volvo Service Promise.
