Hello guys,
I would like to upgrade my '02 S60 D5 engine with a slightly bigger turbo, maybe with a T3 flange. I was wondering, are all the P2 heads exhaust side are the same? I found really good aftermarket exhaust manifolds, but they are stated only for 2.3T, 2.4T engines. AFAIK, all these engines, including the D5 & 2.4D are built on the same platform. Even the 850s share common designs right? Do you think a petrol exhaust manifold would fit on a D5 no problem? BR, Roland |

I attempted a parts comparison to see if the p/n for a petrol manifold matched that of a diesel and found only one 2002 manifold (a Borla-for T5 engines).
Try looking up manifold p/n's at a dealership or ask someone here who owns a Volvo parts lookup program. My money's on the two differing. |
