Default Weird driving feeling + oil consumption - MY2018 Volvo V90 D

Hi, I think I have some problems with my Volvo V90 D3 with 200.000km on it. A few days ago my mechanic performed a regular service and as he popped off bottom engine protection I saw some oil residue right between the engine and transmission. Before and after the service the car is feeling strange it sometimes hesitate to drive off from 0 as well speeding up while driving and struggles to keep higher speed. When accelerating there is a slight hiss heard from outside or a hum as heard from the inside. There is no warning lights or codes throwing out and the car has higher oil consumption and a higher fuel consumption. Sometimes, not always when I turn off the engine and come back after an hour, hour and a half the car has that weird rough idle feeling (revs don’t change or jump up and down) for 15-20 seconds after turned on and then back to normal. Did anyone had the same/similar problem cause I searched in different forums and didn’t really find anything similar? Are those different problems or one problem that’s causing these I don’t even know if errors or am I just imagining it haha 😁 Anyways thanks for your replies ☺️

Do you have a blocked breather causing excessive pressure? Or... A leak from somewhere causing the effect.

What happens if you briefly remove the oil filler cap when it's idling , does it change tone or run any better/worse with it removed?

I tied that and it doesn’t change the sound and there’s a bit of smoke coming out like a blowby but not much…but yeah idk know if a bit is normal or there shouldn’t be any…the humming sound only comes when accelerating slightly if i put the pedal down there isn’t any…

could be a very small leak on your intercooler hose, to start off, with before it fully splits and gives you the reduced performance sign.... the common area it splits is at the right side of the hose as your looking at it from the front which then shoots oil out in a mist which then runs down to that specific area you mentioned.

The oil in that area and hissing sound point to that.

Regards

Okay so I had some time over the weekend and I think I found the leak. The oil is dripping from the back of an engine air intake hose. I took some pics of it and as I cheked there is dripping oil from the bottom of the hose on an exhaust shield and ending up at the bottom of the engine/transmission. Is oil even supposed to be there? Will a simple resealing or changing the hose fixed the problem or is there like a PCV or an EGR problem?
