Strange one, as stated in heading the sound is rhythmic to speed, new bearings shafts discs and pads on front, still there, louder turning right quiet turning left average in a straight line, been on lifts with mechanic friend and cant find anything, in drivers seat sounds like near side, in passengers seat sounds like offside, 😟😟, any help would be appreciated 🍻🍻

I would suspect an outer CV joint. Did you fit new joints on the new shafts?
If you lift one front wheel at a time, what does each side sound like if you spin one wheel at a time by hand (in neutral)? See if turning the steering wheel fully left or right makes a difference. If front wheel drive, if you start the engine and when idling put it into gear (one wheel up at a time, with handbrake fully on, and making sure you can't do any damage if it slips off the jack), what sound do you get then? Steve
