Updates in software 3.1.9
Software release date: 1 July 2024. You will be notified when you can install this software update, normally within 3 weeks of the software release date.
We’ve made some improvements to the stability of the infotainment system. As a result of this, you might notice that the map no longer appears in the driver display when you shift into reverse gear (R).
This update also includes some bug fixes that do not affect performance or other certified properties.

Didn't really expect much more to be honest.
I beleive it will OTA, as it does not mention dealer only on the update, unlike 3.1.2.
I even see 3.1.2, they have removed the dealer only option.

It just needs to fix the bugs and slowness of the last one that'd be enough for me, the release the car is on now is the worst. The shift to Android OS 12 is glitchy, waiting for the car to be ready after a profile switch ....yawn. I've been generally happy prior to that, everything worked well.

I am continually having to cancel bluetooth for media and then reconnect it, probably 1 in 3 times I start the car. It shows as connected but doesn't play. Didn't ever do that before the most recent update to the newer Android version.

The slow response is quite irritating especially as it is the first time in virtually two years since I bought the car and the maps disappeared, AGAIN in the drivers display about three weeks ago.

Have you tried cycling them on and off using the menu button on the right hand steering wheel button pad?

No I have only pressed the refresh button at the bottom of the screen.
Btw, which button is it on the right of the steering wheel?

Bottom left button on right side of steering wheel toggles from Navi view to calm view (switching the maps on and off). The button with two rectangles overlapping

Driving today and I looked down at that button and suddenly remember about eight nine months ago the very same problem.

Anyone updated their car to 3.1.9 yet?
Is it stable, and have you noticed any difference to the infotainment system?
