Default Windscreen washer problems

I’ve got a 2012 V70 and have recently been experiencing intermittent issues with my windscreen washers. When I pull the stalk to clean my windscreen, nothing comes out of the front washers but it comes out of the back, although the front wipers will move. It is occurring more frequently so need to get it sorted asap. Any help appreciated.

Remove nearside front wheel and arch liner. Check the bottle and all the pipes and connectors. To get at it fully you'll need to remove the bumper unfortunately.

The filter will be blocked. You can do it without removing the bumper. Wheel off and liner out and remove some screws below bumper.

Similar issue for me, I took off the "T" and "L" connectors and pulled out the little spring valve to clean. restored some spray but still weak. Bought two new connectors from volvo and replacements are straight through, no valve? Will this have an effect on anything else?

Hi Rick
Can you tell me where these delivery valves are located. Which wheel arch or are they under the bonnet?

Thanks in advance.

They double up as hose connectors, One will be between the bonnet and the car, The other will tee off going to the other washer.
It's advisable to be really careful with the Tee as there is a little diaphragm plus spring in you can tear. I used a small piece of stiff gardeners wire to clear out the straight piece. Compressed air to clear out the nozzles (blowing from the jet back).
