I own a late 2005 Volvo V50 2.0D. Recently we had to have the starter motor, alternator and ECU replaced. Since then, the Turbo does not kick in and I have been told that the vacuum pipes connecting to the engine manifold were a problem and they would need checking for correct installation.
Does anyone have a picture or diagram to show correct installation? Would be very grateful. I did find a post from some years back, but unfortunately the pictures did not seem to be available. Many thanks |

Hi
On my car the vacuum pipe was knocked off next to the oil filter and I ended up with no turbo. I just used a mirror and a torch and found the offending pipe., just pushed it on and all was well. I think there are 2 or 3 pipes in that area. to the right of the oil filter under an overhang on the block. Iain |
