Default Fault Diagnostic Unit - Faulty

Hi
I have read many posts mentioning the use of the Fault Diagnostic Module
reading the error codes etc (I have the 850 ABS problem).

BUT can any body tell me how to FIX the Diagnostic Module.
I went to check some of the codes today, and "It Don't work none"

I tried taking the wiring block out of the unit (just at the "user" level) and returned it, but still no flashing LED.

Any ideas, anyone
