Default Engine / drivetrain tweaks and tune ups to gain power

Hello my fellow enthusiasts,

Today I've been thinking about making my 240 a bit smoother / more efficient, I'd like to know what tricks and tips you have to get a bit more power and so forth from your 240 (or other car). I'm not interested in chucking a massive turbo on (although it would be pretty fun) I'd like to know about things like replacing the injector seals with better ones and that kind of thing, I know a lot of these things are obvious like replacing seals etc, but I'm interested in what you do, what oil do you use? How often do you replace belts? What do you do to keep your 240 neat, efficient and with the most power it has to give!

Thank you!!!!

You could fit an electric fan, remove power steering and fit manual rack, put a few extra psi in your tyres, stage zero tune up, apply turtlewax to paintwork, weight reduction.
