How many litters of Haldex oil do i need?

Hi
I was trying to order haldex oil to replace in my XC60 2012 volvo but dealer did not know how many liters i should order.

Could anybody advise me please on the amount of oil needed?

How often do you normally change it? I am just about to start doing 3-4 oil changes in the gearbox and wonder if haldex needs the same or just 1 change of oil. I live in UK where Volvo misleads people by saying sealed for life...

You will need just 1L of Haldex oil.

Only one change needed as you will drain nearly all of the old stuff out (you need a syringe with a tube to to this).

Hi. I have a 2012 XC60. My haldex unit is Gen5 however yours could also be a Gen 4 so check. A seller Mathew on eBay knows his stuff and unbeatable prices etc.Tel. 01270440151.

I've changed my oil today and cleaned the filter. The oil was brown. less than half a litre came out and the same amount to fill it. Used a 2p piece to open the fill plug. Also clean out where the pump fits, fair bit of debris in mine.
