Afternoon all. I'm a new owner to a 2007 P3 V70 D5 185geartronic and unfortunately having some problems trying to get to the bottom of.
Tempted to check the continuity of some of the wires between the ECM harness and the other end that plugs into the sensors. Is there a specific process that needs to be followed before removing ECM from its harness or is it just a case of disconnecting battery first. Is there any special setup process required following reinsertion of ECM and reconncetion of battery? This car has the wireless PCC keys if that affects the process at all. Thanks |

It is recommend you connect the battery with ignition ON. so any faults setting off air bags will happen when you are out of the car. Never heard of one going off yet however !
