Well what a coincidence!!!

349 miles driven today and the average fuel consumption was 34.9mpg.

Does that mean if I drive 600 miles my average will be 60mpg?

Time for an update, but there really isn't anything to report as the 850 just does what 850s are designed to do... Unlike the forum as it will only upload one image before throwing a hissy fit


After the Inverness show I attended a local show in Milngavie town centre, and look forward to going back next year

Next was Bo'Ness and in hindsight I shouldn't have been there as it was mostly souped up cars with owners that liked to rev the guts out of their cars just for the sake of it. Not my thing...



Errol in Perthshire was another great show with lots of variety and I would like to go back again next year. Shame I couldn't even take a decent picture



Another local show in Paisley town centre which I'll give a miss in the future



Moffat was next and again a huge show with cars travelling from south of the border so plenty of variety



Today was a 200 mile round trip to Glamis Castle, this show never fails to impress and has to be up there as one of the best north of Hadrians Wall

Today was a visit to the Ayr Vintage Rally, lots of tractors and farm implements, lawnmower racing, collie dogs and farmers.

Thanks BorderVolvo, indeed there was, plenty Listed D-Type engines pumping water and a lovely larger Lister turning a power drill, also a few American Amanco engines, the bonus was a red 245 that was in the stationary engine arena which had obviously pulled a trailer full of said engines and the white 245 on display with a Volvo owners sticker
