2019 V60 T5 - strange start-up sound?

Getting this strange sound on start up of 2019 v60 T5

its intermittent but always happens on first start - generally doesnt happen again till car has been left idle for a while

As per video, sound is pre engine start up on the twist of start up diall with foot on brake pedal - feel a slight vibration in pedal too at same time.

very annoying and cant imagine its normal or healthy.. Anyone experienced this or have any ideas?

car is new to me on volvo selekt programme so can get it sorted im sure, but would be good to know whats going on

I would think that's the starter on its way out, struggling to initially engage.

Before: 2019 V60 D4 Inscription Manual ran to 105k miles. 2015 V70 D3 5 Cyl ran to 93k. 2010 V50 1.6D DrivE ran to 87k.
