Default V70 (2008) RTI Version Confusion

Hello

I've just acquired a 2008 V70 SE Sport from my local Volvo dealer. Before collecting the car I asked if the RTI was all up to date and was assured it was.

After collecting the car I was sent the box of DVDs (Disc B of the 4 is still in the player in the boot). The DVDs were marked as being 2007 discs so I looked on the RTI system for the version information which read as follows:

Software version: 0992
Hardware version: 31260077 AA
Software Area: EU
Map version: 2007 version .1 EU disc B

I wrote to the dealership and suggested that the maps appeared to be of a 2007 vintage and not current. I was again assured that the maps were up to date and that I should keep the original discs in case I have to re-install following a 'Master Reset'.

How can I check if the mapping system on the car is reading the most current maps please?
