I bought and installed one of these for a mate in here motorhome a few weeks ago:-
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/head...oth-navigation Pricey but an absolute beast....personally i wouldn't install a perm sat nav i use my S3 with google maps. Used to have a toyota Yaris with one of these in as standard:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AVN2210P-E...item1e6968869a Was a nice piece of kit...BUT....you have to get tied into tom tom's pricey update structure. If you look for a Yaris SR Nav being broken you should be able to pick one up i would think on the cheap. Mine was a 58 plate i think they ran the model from 57 through 09 then it lost the nav. |

Decided not to go with factory radios Elaine, I want SD support and to add headrest monitors for longer journeys to keep the worm happy (and quiet!) We decided after much deliberation to get a forward facing child seat, we do a 200 mile trip at least once a fortnight and having a eight month old who cries most of the way really makes it hard to concentrate on driving.
