V50 Electrics : - Bluetooth V50

I’ve had a bit of a search but was hoping someone could suggest a simple (cheap) Bluetooth solution for my 2010 V50.
I have fitted a RDesign MFSW and the audio controls work but not the cruise or phone.
Not worried about cruise but interested to have phone access (hopefully via MFSW) to keep me legal. Ideally cutting into a radio program if I accept the call and unmuting the radio when it’s finished. I know of the aux in, what is the best(cheapest) solution?
Most of the searches are old posts and tech has moved on.
