Default Loud turbo whistle

Hello,
I started to notice that the turbo whistle is very loud in the saloon, from the outside not noticeable. When I accelerate more aggressively, some shaking is noticed too(only when the turbo kicks in). All that happens only when driving, when stationary, the sound is not so noticeable. How much I could check, the big turbo tube was connected and not loose, and I don't lose power. Does anybody have had the same problem and maybe know the issue?
The car is - Volvo S60 2.4 D5 136kw
Video here - https://streamable.com/hbj5ck
Thanks.

I had a big crack in the backside of the airbox in my S60 2.0t, which gave me similar symptoms.

What year is the car,
anyway, there is a rubber pipe at the back of the engine ruining from a metal pipe on the side of the engine to the turbo intake , This is called the Cold air intake pipe, this does split as they do go very soft over the years,
