Default v50 1.6D lacks power. Changed turbo and pipes

Hi

Got a 1.6D that lacks power. The thing is. If i use the torque app i can see it has boost. Up to 3.52 or so but It struggles to get to get rpm and i can barely get to 120kmh on a straight in 4th

I've changed the turbo cause there was an oil leak in the oil supply line. Changed the bolts and pipes. Cleaned the sump. replaced the fill line in there. flushed the engine. I've also done a forced DPF clean. Still the same. Expensive diagnose and a lot of work. There was a low boost in VIDA but i have not seen it after i cleared it and have done several test drives. No other fault codes.

When i rev it the turbo will stutter at a certain RPM before it clears again and you can see a puff of smoke cone out of the connection between the DPF and the turbo. When i cleaned the DPF it could also feel a lot of air coming out there so i assume the hesitation is when the pressure gets to much and it starts blowing out. There was not any sort of gasket between the DPF and turbo when i was in there. Should there be? I dont know if that has any effect on the rpm of the turbo other than the occational hickup? Also i feel like i cant really hear the turbo much if at all but to be honest i just dont remember if it was much of a sound. But how much trust should i put in the Torque app?

Im really at a loss now so any help is appreciated.
