Default XC60 D5244T5 Black Smoke No power

I got an Xc60 2.4 AWD D5244T5, it is black smoking really bad I mean it, it feels like normal until the 3rd gear, it goes back to 1500 rpm, and throttle does not respond unless i floor it but it feels does not do anything. Especially uphill i have to change gears manually and go 2500-3000 rpm uphill, but there is no power.
On highway it goes into limp mode, still no engine light

Got a new turbo, and a t map sensor. I think there is a hissing noise from turbo at high load, no engine light, once got a cylinder 2 misfire in vida, but only happened once on highway, exhaust gas temperature sensor, and engine oil level high with already sorted.

Anyone ideas?

I'm not certain (sorry), but others will probably know.

The one time I suffered from this was on a 2005 Mondeo TDCi, and I only knew the cause as being the turbo hose.
