Default V70 mk3 rear underside splash guards left and right

Hi guys,
Not long bought a 2009 v70 which needs rear suspension/brake parts. I've noticed part of the suspension each side has plastic splash guards covering it. However, they look like they are screwed on from inside out.
Will it have to be a carpet out job to remove then please.? Not come across this before.
Thanks 👍

Arh yes I see what mean, so these arnt screwed on from above as it would
Look. They are studs and are secured with clips. You just twist the clips off the studs like a nut basically. Hope that makes sense. Oh and these are standard fitment on P3 cars so normal for them to be there.

Brilliant thank you. I had visions of removing the rear interior which would be ridiculous.
Many thanks 👍
