Question ABS/ANTI-SKID SERVICE warning again

I had an issue about 6 weeks ago on my 2014 XC90 where ABS/ANTI-SKID SERVICE REQUIRED message displayed, the ABS and TRACTION orange indications displayed but my car drove home without an issue. Next morning coming home from the school run I got the ANTI-SKID TEMPORRILY OFF message displayed which disappeared after a while, then I experienced loss of power, ABS message and indications back on, called out green flag and they diagnosed an error code related to front nearside sensor. Took it to a garage and they replaced the nearside ABS sensor. All was fine until 2 days ago and the problem is back again.

I've now invested in an iCARSOFT VOL 1.0 and it's telling me "C003007 1/1 State: None, Left Front Tone Wheel. General Failure Information. Mechanical Failures".
I'm trying to save myself being charged for diagnostics when I bring my car into the garage. Instead would prefer them to focus on resolving the issue with the detail I provide them, now that I've run up the diagnostics and have a printout.

Unfortunately I'm not an expert on such codes, I'm just wondering why the C003007 code is back again so soon after the ABS sensor was replaced.

Any advise on helping me get this resolved would be really appreciated.

Many thanks.

the term tone wheel would indicate reluctor ring when excessively rusty they can wear through the sensors .

Agree with above. I would bet you have a cracked reluctor ring.

Take that wheel off and on an axle stand closely inspect the ring. It is quite visible. My bet is that it has a crack.
